Cowgirl (a.k.a. Baby Girl, Shit Stains, Wild One)

    Cowgirl is our little baby girl.  She's more like our little Princess!

Here she is as a puppy (picture is compliments of SFTH):

With a brother like Jak, she's learning to be more aggressive for attention.  She used to just sit at a distance and watch, without moving her head, the other ones beg for some belly rubs and kissing.  Forget it now, 'move over Rover, Baby Girl's taking over!'.  She realizes now what she was missing, and she sure can't get enough! 

Between her, Jak and Weiser, it's very clear who is Queen of this castle!  She does not take any crap from either of them.  As you can see, the two of them have been demoted to the floor in the above picture, and Jak is not too pleased!  

    If their names were up to us to decide, I would've named her Cleo, as in Cleopatra, for her ruling personality and the distinctive makeup like mark along her right eye.

    At times she can appear very lazy, as in the picture above where she chose to eat her dinner laying down.  But look out when she's excited!  Her whole body gets involved, and then she feels the need to swat something or someone (usually Weiser).  Her body wiggles back and forth so rapidly and then she hops from one foot to the other, wiggling around in pure excitement....  It is the most cheerful site you could ever witness.  She usually does this when she's going outside, when we get home from work, or when you just talk to her excitedly....  

The picture below is her running toward me in the field at the end of our road.

She also likes to supervise our every move. She follows us everywhere and will sit very still behind us, watching everything we do and every movement we make.  At times, I forget she's there, like when I'm cooking in the kitchen and will turn around and almost step on her.  She usually settles in on the floor directly behind me as I'm cooking, like a shadow... it's good when I drop food on the floor, like my own automatic vacuum!
